- Good onsen
- We were in a room with private toilet. The room was big and decent. There were public indoor and outdoor onsen. Both are very nice.

- Nice staff and close to 湯畑
- Though the staff spoke limited English, they were very nice and helpful. The price is reasonable for 1 stay with 2 meals. It would be good if they could renew the hotels bit and lower the temperature of indoor hot spring.

- Super helpful staff save us
- We drove there when snowing heavily. When we were 600 meter away from the hotel, we found the road not available for ordinary car. The staff were so nice to take us from car park to their place at late night after receiving our call. It was a very nice place for ski as well. They offer equipment rental if you need it.
